Casey was highly recommended to me by one of her previous clients and I have nothing but praise for her knowledge, experience and ability to help sell my home in a timely manner. From the first meeting, where she went through the entire house and offered suggestions on how to prepare for putting the house on the market, through every step of preparing all the necessary documentations Casey was always available for assistance. Within the first 3 days of being on the market I had 2 acceptable offers on the house. It is hard to part with the home you’ve loved for over 30 years, but Casey has both the realtor skills and the supportive understanding to excel in making the process a positive experience. I would choose Casey to list my home all over again based on the success of this experience - and would recommend that you do the same!

Great company to work with. My agent, Rob Watterson, went above and beyond my expectations as he helped my shop, buy, and close on a condo remotely. 100% remote! He did live video walkthroughs, recommended and then coordinated with an inspector and an electrician, and even went by the condo after I closed to set my thermostat! This is our second time working with the Sokoler team! Specifically Casey! She is the best realtor I have ever seen! Both times our house sold immediately. And both times our offers were accepted on the house that we really wanted. She is truly amazing and patient and goes above and beyond to make sure that you have everything you’re looking for in a home.
